Rent is paid monthly through an easy online portal. We keep it seamless, simple, and stress-free.

Every Inspira home is unique, but here’s what you can expect:

• Private Bedrooms – Your space, your sanctuary. Fully furnished and designed for both rest and creativity.

• Private Ensuite Bathrooms – Select rooms come with their own private bathroom, offering ultimate privacy and comfort while still enjoying the benefits of CoLiving.

• Private or Shared Bathrooms – Some homes have en suite bathrooms, while others have beautifully designed shared spaces.

• Curated Common Areas – Open-concept kitchens, cozy lounges, and outdoor spaces meant to foster both connection and quiet reflection.
